I got the DVD yesterday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was actually this gift set thing with both the movie and the book in it, but we got it since it cost $6 less than only getting the DVD ($19, just in case you're wondering).
Anyway, I LOVED VotDT! I know it wasn't exactly like the book, but think about it, we've all already read the book, and don't you think the movie would be a little boring if it were exactly like the book? Well maybe not boring, but... you get my point.

Well, I did get the name from the books, but in my mind this Rainbow Valley is quite different from the one I imagined when I was reading AoGG. This one's full of rainbows all the time, has two high snow-topped mountains on either side of it, and a lake full mermaids and stuff... You get it. Razz
