On the quick Reply, Click on the button that has a tree and a blue Floppy Disk, than click "Choose File", select the picture you want then click "OK", than you might want to resize it to 800, than click "Host It", It will load for a bit, then when it's finished Copy the middle Url and paste it into the blank bar in the button on the right, next to the one you just used. I hope that helped!

EDIT: Actually, now that I looked through them, there's only one photo that I really, really, liked and would consider "perfect". Either the lighting wasn't good on the others, or they were a bit blurry. Anyway, I'll send you the one I liked!
