Well as said they're simple and I'm not really sure how good they are soooo avatars and signatures are free.

Font: King and Queen if possible, if not then Relaxing Blaze or anything else that looks good.
Special effects: Orton-ish, Vignette (small), and Matte on top of Vignette.
Anything Else: Gray caption colour.

Font: Same as the avatar font.
Special effects (lighting, colors, etc.): Focal B&W {focus on single flower (the one near the middle), with small fade}, and very small Vignette.

Well its a website that lets you draw, and you can add new frames so that it makes an animation! I think you have to have an account though....

No actually its a website that has the outline of a cat and you can choose colors and fur lengths and stuff....
