Thecia. The city just left of the Boundary Mountains, and just north of the Forest of Renault.
Thecia is known for its Tournament of Lords, held in its grand arena, in the cinter of the town. Near the arena are 32 statues. Each one named after some great lord. There is Lord Culverton, Lord Willoughby, Lord Barrington, and more. Under each statue is a name plaque that have the engraved names of the Tournament winners that fought under those Lords.

Right, with Sir Gavinaugh, that's one of my favorites. Though Kingdom Call might be my top favorite.
