She's a Christian author and what her street team does is basically promote her books during contests she organizes in exchange for all kinds of prizes (books, kindles, gift card certificates...). I've got Adobe Fireworks, and Paint Shop Pro7, and I like both. Fireworks is actually a photo-editing software specifically designed to edit photos to put on the internet. It's not quite as expensive as Photoshop, either.

It would have to be compatible with Mac. Um, well, I got the student discount, so I think it was around $300 or $400.
