Week 3 Judges 6 - 8:6

Well, as you can see, I'm not the Reading group Leader, but since Arien & Daisy haven't been on in a while, I thought I should post here.
Now, we will read Judges 6 to 8:6. Here is the place to discuss these Chapters! Very Happy

Gideon! I wonder what Gideon's attitude was when he asked God to do the fleece test. Also notice that Gideon told the men to fight for the Lord and Gideon. I wonder if that was just purely selfishness adding his name at the end there. (I'm not judging him. Just discerning. We all have faults.)

Again, this book is pretty gory.

I also find it amazing about the dream and how the Midianite (I'm assuming) interpreted it. Also, I love how God picked the 300 men out.

I am a little confused with the beginning of chapter 8, though.

It's amazing how God overthrew that huge army with just 300 men! Imagine what He can do with a million! Week 3 Judges 6 - 8:6 599810
