Kingdom Series Role Playing

Hi all, I was just wondering, does anyone here Kingdom Role-Play? Like with Gurps or Tales of Blades and Heroes, but set in Arrethtrae? Just wondering.

Announcement: I have developed my own RPG, Tales of Valor, with the expansion pack Tales of Arrethtrae. It features customization, broadness, and simplicity. If you guys are interested let me know!

Ok, so it's like this:

1. You get together with some friends. Circle up on couches, chairs, around a table, whatever. Get creative and ready to have fun! Give everyone a piece of paper, pencil, and a six-sided die.

2. Pick someone to be the game master (GM). This should be a person with great storytelling skills and creativity. If no one there is willing or able to do it, I have some charts to consult whenever something happens.

3. Make a character up! Preferably be a Knight or Silent warrior, though you can use your imagination! Are you a merchant lord? A peasant girl? A restless adventurer? Whatever you are, make sure you all serve the Prince!

4. Choose skills/items for your character, and really design them. The more time you spend on this, the better the experience is! What is your char's background? Family? Looks? Personality? What is their skill with a sword? A bow? A horse? What type of armor/clothes and weapons do they have? The more detailed the better! I have special rules for designing the fighting skills and such.

5. Choose a setting. Where do you all start? what city? town? farm? What is your mission? Or do you find out about it later when you see the Shadow Warrior kill the mysterious knight? Has a dragon been terrorizing the village? Maybe a princess has been kidnapped? Have you been sent to deal with the Death Raven threat to the north? Plan it all out for an amazing story!

6. Begin playing! Have fun! Be creative! Make an incredible story!

Man, considering all my friends and family are gone that read KS I can't play that version for awhile.

If we did it on the forum would it be like a Group Story?

Yes, where you me and Arctic fire, and anyone else who would want to, could play. Ill be the GM, and Ill roll for you, but you decide what to do and all that.

We had a few games like this on the old forums. But I don't quite understand what would happen when we roll the dice...and would players simply write out a post of what happens or would it be more like the GM is the writer and the players make certain choices?

Yeah, would it be like multiple choice sort of or...?

It would be like I am the GM, so you tell me your rolls and I see what happens. But there would be LOTS of choose-your-path type stuff.
