Talea! What I like about her, Is that she proves that females
can handle a sword, just as good as male, and be as bold, too.

I dunno, I kind of get irritated by those "girls can do" things...not because I don't think that girls are equal with boys, I do, but it seems like usually now in books the girls push it so much it gets a bit annoying. The whole tomboy girls-are-awesome characters are everywhere now. I dunno, just my opinion.

but the word is swordsmaidens
you see, us girls can hold a sword as much as (no offense to the boys) as the boys and yes, we girls are bold too

There is no exact word that you have to describe it with you can say sword maiden, or knight, or girls/females that handle swords, it doesn't matter.

Anyway my favorite character will always be the Prince, but Cedric and William are my favorites. (Along with Leinad and Tess.)
